That drive is a big part of why we see more customers from South Hill than from anywhere else outside Graham itself. It's an easy trip, and it's an easy road to remember when your car is giving you trouble and you don't want to think too hard about directions.
We get people from around the South Hill Mall area, from Sunrise, from Silver Creek, and from up and down the 128th St E corridor. If you're coming from near the mall or the Pierce County Library branch, you're pointed south on Meridian and you don't have to leave it until you're pulling into our lot at 28801.
Auto Star is in Graham, not South Hill. We want to be upfront about that so nobody's surprised by the drive. It's a short one, and it's a road most South Hill residents already know well since it's the same route into Graham for a lot of other errands.
We're open Monday through Friday, 9 to 5. If your week is busy, call ahead and we'll help you line up a time to get the car in.
The shop is family run, bought by the current owners in November 2022. Jabarjeet Singh handles A/C and electrical work, Gurjivan Singh handles car sales, and both are around the shop day to day. Tony Sindhu is our lead mechanic for driveability, engine, and transmission diagnostics. He also handles brakes, oil changes, and light body work. Our service writer is usually the first person you'll talk to.
Whether it's routine maintenance, a check engine light, brakes, or an A/C problem, bring it up Meridian and we'll take a look. If a repair is going to take a day or more, we'll tell you that up front rather than guess. Punjabi is spoken here as well, if that's easier for you or your family.
