Parkland is about 10 miles from our shop in Graham, around 18 minutes north on Meridian and then west on 176th to Pacific Ave. That's the drive whether you're near Pacific Lutheran University or out toward the Parkland Prairie side. We're not going to pretend we're around the corner, but it's a straightforward drive and plenty of people from Parkland make it a regular stop.
A lot of the cars we see from Parkland are older commuter cars — the kind that have put in real miles getting back and forth to work or school, PLU included. With those cars, the question usually isn't "what's wrong with it" so much as "is it worth fixing." That changes how we approach the job. We'd rather spend the time to diagnose it right and tell you straight whether the repair makes sense for the car, instead of running up a bill on a vehicle that's on its way out anyway. Sometimes the answer is yes, fix it, it's got years left. Sometimes it's not, and we'll say so.

Jabarjeet Singh handles A/C and electrical issues, which show up often enough in older commuter cars once wiring and connectors have some age on them.
