Roy is about 10 miles from our shop, roughly 18 minutes south on Meridian and then west on SR-507. It's a straightforward drive, and plenty of Roy customers make it a regular stop rather than a one-time trip.
We're in Graham, not Roy, so we want to be upfront about that. If you're coming from near the Pioneer Rodeo grounds or out along Muck Creek, you're looking at a short drive out of town rather than a shop on your own street. Most people who come to us from Roy decide the drive is worth it once they've been in a couple times.
A good share of our Roy customers are JBLM families, often near the south gate or out toward the McKenna border, and a lot of them are dealing with orders and moves rather than just routine car trouble. We've set our record-keeping up with that in mind. If a car gets handed off to a spouse partway through a deployment, or a family moves and comes back through later, the full service history is still here under that vehicle. You don't have to remember what was done or dig up an old receipt. We can pull it up and keep going from where things left off.
Cars coming out of the Roy and Muck Creek area tend to see a mix of gravel roads, longer highway stretches on 507, and the wear that comes with military households running one vehicle hard while another sits. We see it often enough that it's not a guessing game when a Roy customer describes what's going on.
We're open Monday through Friday, 9 to 5. If you're stationed nearby and weekdays are unpredictable, call ahead and we'll do our best to work around your schedule.
Jabarjeet Singh handles A/C and electrical work, Gurjivan Singh handles car sales, and our small crew — Tony on diagnostics, driveability, brakes, and oil work — is small enough that the owners are usually on the floor when you come in. Punjabi is spoken here as well.
