What’s wrong with your car?
Most people know what they noticed, not what it is called. Start with the thing you can hear, see or smell, and we will tell you what it usually means.
My car is overheating
Temperature gauge climbing, steam from under the hood, or a sweet smell
Stop driving it
My car will not start
Clicking, cranking without firing, or nothing at all when you turn the key
My check engine light is on
A steady or flashing light on the dashboard
My car shakes when I brake
Shuddering or pulsing through the pedal or steering wheel when slowing down
My brakes are squeaking or grinding
A squeal when slowing, or a metallic grinding sound
Stop driving it
My A/C is not blowing cold
Air from the vents that is warm, weak, or smells wrong
My car pulls to one side
Having to hold the wheel against a constant drift
There is a puddle under my car
A stain or drip on the driveway where you park
Not sure which it is?
Describe it to us. Working out what is wrong is the part we do before anything is quoted.
