Auto Star sits on Meridian E in Graham, and the name is literal: Auto Sales and Repair. We sell used cars, we recover vehicles that will not move, and we fix the ones that come in under their own power. One shop, one set of people.

Who you will actually deal with

Jabarjeet Singh is one of the two owners and works on the tools, mostly air conditioning and electrical faults — the ones that need tracing rather than guessing at.

Gurjivan Singh is the other owner and runs the sales side. If you get a text saying we are five minutes away with the truck, that is usually him.

Brianna Offret runs the front desk. She is the one who rings you with what the inspection found, and the reason the shop feels like a conversation rather than a transaction.

Nick Porter is our lead mechanic — driveability, engine, transmission and diagnostics. He is the one who finds the problem other shops guessed at.

Michael Porter handles brakes, oil services and light body work, and does most of the inspections you get sent photographs from.

How we work

• We diagnose before we quote. No parts-swapping on your money.
• You get told what is urgent, what can wait, and what does not need doing at all.
• We are open Saturday 8 to 6, when most of Meridian is closed.
• If it will not start, ring us and we will arrange recovery with a local operator.
