I am highly impressed with this shop — the customer service, quality of the work, and the responsive communication. I usually take my Jeep to the dealership, but I was in a crunch and needed the work done asap. I called on a Friday morning and was seen within the hour; most places, including the dealership, can take days. The team was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and worked with my warranty. This Jeep issue happened at the beginning of Dec 2025 and was going to cost a pretty penny, but they were able to get the warranty company to cover their portion and then some. My husband and I were extremely blessed. They definitely went above and beyond — even staying after hours until I was able to get there. I plan to bring my Jeep and any other cars we have to Auto Star. On a side note, they also sell cars and trucks, and they will definitely be my first stop as we approach finding a second vehicle. I know when I come to Auto Star I will be taken care of and the issues will be fixed. They are an honest repair shop with amazing customer service, quality work, and real down-to-earth people. Had a fantastic experience working with Auto Star. I was looking for a first car for my oldest and happened to find the one on this lot. Messaged them at 7am and got an immediate response, had a very easy and constructive conversation, and was able to have a deal done before 8am. Once I arrived at the dealership I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome. Great team. I came in with a variety of repairs needed on my '12 F250 and was direct about everything I wanted replaced. The team did a great job thoroughly reviewing the vehicle. They could have just done what I asked and replaced every little part I listed — instead they took the time to save money where it wasn't necessary to spend, and spend it where it was needed, fixing things I didn't know needed fixing until their inspection. I still spent less than I expected. As long as this team is there, you get my business.

Last night on my way home I had an issue with my car. I pulled into this lot and Mikey appeared. He helped me when I needed it — he was kind and accommodating. When I need car service I will definitely bring it to him. Thank you for being so kind.
