Inventory & Pricing: All vehicle inventory is subject to prior sale. Prices listed on the website do not include taxes, license fees, title registration fees, or a negotiable documentary service fee in an amount up to $200 (in accordance with RCW 46.70.180).
"As-Is" Sales: Unless explicitly stated in a written warranty instrument, all used vehicles are sold "AS-IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS." Auto Star Garage explicitly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by Washington law.
Accuracy: We strive for accuracy, but errors in pricing, equipment, or description may occur. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
2. Auto Repair Services
Authorization: By leaving your vehicle for service, you authorize Auto Star Garage and its employees to operate the vehicle for testing, inspection, or delivery purposes.
Mechanic's Lien: You acknowledge that a mechanic's lien is asserted on the vehicle to secure the amount of repairs thereto. Auto Star Garage is not responsible for loss or damage to the vehicle or articles left in the vehicle in case of fire, theft, or any other cause beyond our control.
Estimates: Estimates are for informational purposes only. If further work is required to complete the repair properly, we will contact you for authorization before proceeding.
3. Financing Application
By submitting a credit application through our website, you certify that the information provided is true and complete. You authorize Auto Star Garage to begin a credit investigation, including obtaining your credit report, to share with third-party lenders for the purpose of obtaining vehicle financing.
4. Website Use & Intellectual Property
The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Auto Star Garage and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without express written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
